Simple Changes #58

Give free access to Park Run on any publicly-owned land

1

Problem

Obesity is a rising and worsening trend in the UK, and by 2050 up to 50% of young people and adults could be obese. Parkrun now operates in over 570 locations across the UK and is a great way of bringing the community together through exercise. We need to ensure that our public spaces are ones that encourage and facilitate people to use them for exercise, to improve their mental and physical health.
