Support your staff and visitors to understand their personal carbon footprints
Problem
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change warned that the world is headed for painful problems sooner than expected, as carbon emissions keep rising. The Welsh Government have set an emissions reduction target of 80% by the year 2050, but we are long way from reaching it.
Simple Change
As individuals, there are steps we can all take to reduce our personal carbon footprints. By encouraging staff to use the carbon calculators and facilitating discussions on the small steps we can all take, you will be helping to embed this low-carbon ethos throughout your organisation.
