Simple Changes #67

Use only Recycled Paper, and set a date to be paper free, and when printing move towards using only soy-based inks

1

Problem

The average office worker uses 10,000 sheets of copy paper each year and global consumption of paper has increased by almost half since 1980.

2

Simple Change

By taking steps to only use recycled paper, and then go further and set an ambition to paper free, you will be acting responsibly in terms of using your fair share of the earth’s resources. Regular petroleum-based inks are very harsh on the environment. Soy-based inks are a much more renewable, sustainable resource, as the rate of which soy beans can be replaced is much higher compared to any other chemicals found in traditional inks.
