For the purposes of the Data Protection Act, the data controller is the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales. The Future Generations Commissioner for Wales does not collect  any personal information about individuals who use this website, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email or an online form to enquire or apply for any of our services.
